It is not at all necessary to buy expensive creams and masks to preserve the beauty and youth of the facial skin. Rejuvenation with folk remedies does not give the worst results, and sometimes their effectiveness exceeds that of modern cosmetics from popular brands.
And before you do facial rejuvenation with folk remedies, you need to familiarize yourself with some of the rules for using them that will help you avoid skin problems in the future.
Basic rules of home rejuvenation
Rejuvenating folk recipes are only effective if applied correctly. The word "correct" means that the following rules are met:
- All ingredients used must be fresh. Otherwise, you will experience dermatitis and irritation.
- You should use ready-made home remedies immediately after making them. The maximum shelf life is 3 hours.
- Wash your face thoroughly with antibacterial soap before using the finished product. The active ingredients in the finished product penetrate deep into the epidermis almost immediately through the pores and "collect" everything on the surface of the skin on the way. If it contains dirt, the microparticles penetrate the skin. The result is redness, inflammation, acne, etc.
- Do not use metal kitchen utensils when making masks. Upon contact with metals and oxygen, the products oxidize and degrade rapidly, resulting in reduced shelf life and reduced effectiveness.
These are the simple rules that require you to follow folk remedies for skin rejuvenation. Now that you know how to use your grandmother’s beauty techniques, let’s talk about how to prepare them.
Anti-aging mask recipes
Traditional methods of facial rejuvenation do not require significant financial costs. The masks are made from a variety of ingredients found in every home. So, let's get started.
My first grandmother’s anti-wrinkle recipe, which I want to say, helps increase skin tone, hydrate and whiten. And this is the usual sour cream. And the fatter the better. If you have cream at home, you can also use it.
These dairy products contain huge amounts of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, which are essential for the skin to prevent aging. Sour cream or cream can be used alone. It should be removed from the refrigerator and placed on the table for at least half an hour to allow it to warm to room temperature. After this, sour cream should be applied to the skin for about 25-40 minutes. The remnants of the maxi should then be removed with a cotton ball dipped in warm milk.
Another grandmother’s recipe for facial rejuvenation that deserves respect. This is the application of aloe leaves with honey. The fleshy leaves of aloe contain substances that contribute to skin regeneration and increase collagen synthesis. And honey relieves inflammation and has an antiseptic effect on the skin. However, before you start making a mask from these ingredients, you need to prepare the aloe leaves in advance.
It should be wrapped in a waterproof cloth and stored in the refrigerator for 10-14 days. Then they can be used. The leaves may turn slightly black, no cause for concern. Just cut off the darkened parts. Squeeze the juice from the aloe leaves and mix it with honey in equal proportions. Apply the resulting mixture on the face for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm chamomile after the remnants of the mask.
Multi-component masks for face rejuvenation
There are granny multi-ingredient anti-wrinkle beauty recipes that are also very effective. For example, a rejuvenating mask that consists of:
- aloe leaf juice - 1 teaspoon;
- raw egg yolk (if the skin is oily, use protein);
- oil solution A and E - literally ½ teaspoons;
- freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- honey - 1 teaspoon;
- pharmacy glycerin - 1 tsp
These ingredients should be mixed thoroughly and the resulting mixture applied to the skin of the face for about 15-20 minutes. You can wash the mask with simple warm water.
Another equally effective grandmother’s wrinkled recipe requires the use of the following ingredients:
- cereal;
- cream;
- olive oil;
- egg yolk;
- Wheat flour.
The oatmeal must be made into flour. You can use a coffee grinder for this purpose. The oatmeal is mixed with 2 tbsp. l. cream. The resulting mass is allowed to stand for a while to swell slightly. You can then go into the egg yolk and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. If the mass has proved to be thick enough, you do not need to add wheat flour. If it proves to be liquid, add flour "visually". The consistency of the mask should be similar to sour cream.
The resulting mixture should be applied to the facial skin and left to act for 30 minutes, then wash off the mask with warm milk or plain water.
There are other recipes for making anti-aging masks. Each is good in its own way, but only effective if used regularly and for long periods of time. Keep in mind that folk remedies for facial rejuvenation work gradually but give lasting results.
